Really good Hotel Experience

helpful staff excellent location comfortable bed

I found the reception staff very helpful and amicable, nothing seemed too much to ask. The hotel location is excellent. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants. The bed in my room was very comfortable (I slept soundly every night). The boot room provided convenient ski storage.

The staircases proved rather narrow. Moving baggage became quite a challenge. An elevator would be a welcomed addition.

excellent stay!

friendly staff artisan produce mountain view

the staff was friendly and professional! the breakfast buffet had great, varied food with local artisan produce included. the room had skylights and amazing mountain views (i couldn't stop taking pictures!). the housekeeping service was also great.

The bed and pillow were not comfortable, and the room was very small. There wasn't much space.

mixed feelings about this stay

cramped room unclean bathroom

the location was good, very central to everything.

The room felt cramped. There wasn't much space to move around. the bathroom wasn't cleaned well. I found stains on the sink. also, the spa was closed one day, and i wasn't informed when i booked.
